Congrats on getting the house you wanted. Moving is a great time to get rid of all the stuff you've accumulated that you should have gotten rid of a long time ago. We have been in the same place for over 25 years, with a full basement of junk. I hate to think how long it would take us to get out of here. I pity our poor kids when it's time for them to empty our house!! We keep saying we're going to get rid of all the stuff before hand, but then one of us gets sick, and that's the end of that idea. I'm getting goosebumps for you just thinking how excited you must be. And a new dining room set and hardwood floors to boot. Perfect!!
