Slip Sliding Away…
Today was spring like with temps in the mid to upper 50’s! It would have been wonderful if the sun had been able to get through the clouds. But alas, it rained, off and on, all day.
Within about 2 hours this evening, though, the temps have dropped almost 25F and they are saying that all the standing water will be ice by morning. The rain is going to change over to sleet and snow soon and that will make life very interesting. Tomorrow the highs will be in the mid 20F’s…I think this might be a good time to start hibernating for the winter.

Well, seattle is going for 28 straight days of rain. (Luckily, where I”m at, we don’t get all that rain. None today, in fact!)
But you probably didn’t want to hear that.
I am glad that the rain is missing you. It froze here, and turned everything into an ice rink. Thankfully the salt and plow trucks were out most of the night breaking up the ice on the roads

Brrr. It is going to be 24 here tonight, which is pretty cool for So. Cal. Stay warm!
I wish it wasgoing to be that warm…it is currently 7F and with the windchill will bring it closer to -20F
